How To Join

If you are interested in learning Muay Thai or want to improve your skills you can either contact David Verdi on the 'Contact Us' page or come along to a class, further details are provided on the 'Location Page'.

Leytonstone classes are held on Mondays and Tuesdays 7.30pm-9pm.

Walthamstow classes are held on Thursdays 6.30-8.30pm and on Sunday 11am-12.30pm.

Muay Thai Rules

If you want to simply turn up to a class, you must wear suitbale clothing e.g. jogging bottoms or shorts, t-shirt/vest and trainers for running, make sure you are comfortable, there will be physical contact and a lot of movement. If you have your own equipment ie: gloves, skipping rope etc bring them along. If not, dont worry as we supply everything you will need.

All classes are £6 and private tution is available on request.
